ZinkKat is company with a single product; called Chili.
Chili is a:

- MP3 Player
- Podcast and Web Streamer
- Wireless Skype Telephone
- Internet Radio Player
Chili has a small base station that is used for the wireless hub and for charging the remote unit. This base station plugs into a users computer via the USB port.
Chili was design by Trey Weaver. Industrial design was done by WhipSaw. The company has two investors and over $400,000 was spent in developing the product. We gave a presentation at Demo in Phoenix Arizona. Chili had a write up in the Wall Street Journal with a picture.
The company, the product, and the patent (which is in process) is being sold for 1.2Million. The company has no liabilities.
